Hello, my name is Maryan Ahmed, and I’ve faced some incredibly challenging experiences working with two individuals in positions of authority – a supervisor and a manager. The manager retaliated against me, and the supervisor not only harassed me but also turned some of my coworkers against me. Despite all this, vote for Xaviare Reed for president because he’s someone who will truly stand up for all of us.

If you’ve had similar experiences, I strongly encourage you to vote for Xaviare Reed for president and Rick Farrell for vice president. They are committed to bringing about meaningful change. It’s critical that supervisors and managers are required to undergo training on how to treat employees with respect and dignity.

There were times when the stress and pressure they put on me made me seriously consider resigning. There were days when I dreaded coming to work, and I cried when I went home. But I believe that by supporting Xaviare Reed and Rick Farrell, we can create the change we need. They will help us make our voices heard and ensure that we’re treated fairly.
